Workshops are a way to investigate & understand a particular aspect of yoga in depth.

Typically a workshop consists of a powerpoint presentation of images and ideas relating to the topic.


Then guidelines are given for you to make personal assessments of your own challenges.


A variety of yogic skills and techniques follow, that help you integrate yoga for improved health. Each workshop helps you to investigate and come to understand your own body and mind more clearly.


Many of the insights gained through a workshop are practices that can be engaged in everyday life, including skills to engage in a more positive attitude towards all circumstances of your life.

Workshops are typically offered  on a Saturday and are 2-3 hours long.  

Each focuses on a specific theme through presentation, participant practice, hands-on assistance and, a handout is offered for personal use. Examples include: Yoga Breath Practice & Meditation; Yoga Care for the Spine; Chakras; Yoga for Athletes; Yoga at the Office.
