The Yogic Pathway is so much more than participating in Yoga Classes. 

If you want to have abundance in all aspects of your life, and be happy and healthy for a long time, then all aspects of living must be consistant with that desire.

Stretching, strengthening, breathing with movement is very important.  Having a consistant yoga posture/asana practice is the key. Balancing out rigorous sessions with slower ones brings both detoxification and healing. Other complimentary exercise is great especially if you do it outside, spending time in the sun. Ideally, each day you engage in some form of movement focused on stretching and strengthening. 

What and how you eat and your digestion, deeply influence your energy levels, the  way you feel and rate at which you age. I am interested in helping people understand the relationship between the food and beverages consumed and the overall affects on their vitality. My approach is in line with many well researched nutritionists who focus on restoring vitality and health through whole foods: vegetables, fruits, grains, and lean (game &/or grass-free range) meats. I encourage the consumption of good water, and cultured vegetables and fruits for optimal digestion. Although the quality of what you eat is important, it is also what you digest that results in great health, vitality and the slowing down of the aging process. 

And then there are the subtle affects of our emotional and thinking patterns which influence our potential as a human being. When we become conscious of the thoughts that repeat, becoming beliefs about our abilities: in relationships, with respect to our careers, what we look like, and how we feel.  These beliefs limit the possibilities of how we experience each moment of each day.  Engaging in practices that help to shift these patterns to more healthful ones help us to experience the joy possible within us.   

My aim is to support you in taking 'doable' steps on the road to a healthy prosperous life. After obtaining a healthy history from you, I help you set goals, and encourage you along the way. Each person is unique with needs that change over time.  So you just may need help to find where to shift in your overall approach to life, so that you get back on track to a happier, healthier, holier you.  

Some of the information in the Personal Therapy page will help you to ascertain which forms of yoga will address the changes desired: posture, breath exercises, guided meditation.  Over time you may want to try all of them to explore what really helps you.
